Every new or serviced instrument obtained through GDDS is backed by our manufacturer defect warranty, ensuring comprehensive coverage for 30 days for serviced instruments and 90 days for new instruments starting from the original invoice date. In the event of breakage, discoloration, or malfunction resulting from appropriate and intended usage during this period, you can trust in our commitment to facilitate hassle-free repairs or replacements at no additional cost or at reduced rates.
Each instrument under warranty undergoes a meticulous case-by-case inspection as part of our internal processes to assess eligibility. Should GDDS request an on-site inspection of the item(s), kindly refer to our shipping policy for guidance. It’s important to note that the warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, instances where instruments are used beyond their intended lifespan or capabilities, or if instruments are used in manners inconsistent with their design and intended purpose. Any indication of user neglect, inadequate maintenance, misuse, abuse, alterations, or modifications to the instrument will render the warranty null and void.
Under this warranty, GDDS disclaims responsibility for damages resulting from the use of commercial/residential grade washers, cleaning solutions containing incompatible chemicals, dental automated washer-disinfectors not adhering to the manufacturer’s processing guidelines, and incorrect setup or installation of the device.

Only instruments that remain unused, in their original GDDS packaging, and are returned within 30 days of the initial shipment date will qualify for a complete refund. In cases where an order received an overall discount, excluding individual instrument discounts, the discounted percentage will be proportionally distributed across any individual instruments returned within that order. In accordance with OSHA and State Health regulations, it is imperative that all used instruments are sterilized before being sent back to GDDS to uphold the warranty or return policy.
